Precautions for using 200-degree high-temperature air filters

Incompletely cured filters need to be operated according to specific methods. Be careful when replacing them and check and maintain them regularly.
First of all, high-temperature air filters that are not completely cured, must never be directly installed in high-temperature equipment for use. As mentioned earlier, the curing process of the silicone used in industrial high-temperature air filters is from the surface to the inside. Under normal circumstances, the glue curing time is 3-7 days. If it is used before curing, it will cause serious accidents such as cracking, expansion, and even detachment of the high-temperature glue from the outer frame.
When it is necessary to install and use it immediately, two options can be adopted. One is to wait for 7 days before normal use; the other is to slowly heat the 250℃ high-temperature high-efficiency filter to 100℃ in the high-temperature equipment before use, and then shut down and cool it down after 2 hours of constant temperature.
When replacing high-temperature air filters, be careful. Before replacement, the appearance of the filter should be checked for deformation, damage, and damage to the filter material. If any problems are found, contact the manufacturer in time. During the installation process, attention should be paid to the sealing between the filter and the installation frame. The tightening bolts should preferably press down one-third of the thickness of the gasket. To ensure the sealing performance, it is recommended to use the gasket provided by the manufacturer, especially when using a high-temperature resistant filter, a specially provided high-temperature resistant gasket must be used.
In addition, the high-temperature-resistant air filter should be inspected and maintained regularly. Check the nozzle wind speed regularly (usually 1-2 times a year). If it does not meet the technical parameter requirements, the high-efficiency air filter should be replaced. When the filter surface is black and contains more dust, the resistance increases, that is, remove the non-woven fabric in the high-efficiency air filter for cleaning or replacement. When replacing, pay attention to the model and specifications of the new high-efficiency air filter to match the original high-efficiency air filter. Be careful when installing, and do not drop the frame or damage the filter paper. After replacing the new high-efficiency air filter, it must be confirmed whether there is leakage between the filter and the sealing material, and the frame supporting the filter.
In short, the correct use and maintenance of the high-temperature resistant air filter can not only extend its service life but also ensure its filtering effect and provide a clean air environment for industrial production.
