Precautions for replacing high-efficiency filters in high-efficiency air supply outlets

Usually, high-efficiency filters have been tested for leaks before leaving the factory, and the focus of the test is on the quality of the filter paper itself and the sealing quality of the filter paper and frame. However, due to the special structure of the liquid tank filter, unexpected situations sometimes occur, causing leakage during air supply port detection. We have discovered this in actual use. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct a visual inspection of the process requirements for glue filling and interface sealing.
When replacing the high-efficiency filter in the high-efficiency air supply outlet, the following points should be noted:
     1. When replacing the high-efficiency filter of the high-efficiency air supply outlet, special attention should be paid to ensuring that the filter paper is intact during unpacking, transportation, and installation. Do not touch the filter paper with your hands to cause damage.
     2. Before installation, point the new high-efficiency filter to a bright place and visually observe whether the high-efficiency filter is damaged due to transportation or other reasons. If the filter paper has holes, it cannot be used.
     3. When replacing the high-efficiency filter, you should first remove the diffuser plate, then remove the pressure strip, then take out the failed high-efficiency filter and replace it with a new high-efficiency filter (note that the airflow arrow mark of the high-efficiency filter should be in line with the air outlet of the purification unit. The flow direction is consistent), ensure that the frame is sealed and return the box cover to its original position.
Tips: If the installation is not standardized or not in place, there is a risk of leakage. Therefore, installers must undergo professional training before they can engage in this critical installation operation.
