Points to note when installing and replacing h13 high efficiency air filters

1. Filters should be installed in a normal temperature, normal pressure, and normal humidity environment. If installation is required in a special environment (e.g. high temperature, high humidity), please use our special high-efficiency filter products. If the working conditions are poor, the life of the filter will be shortened and it will not even work properly after installation. Before installation, you should check the appearance of the filter for deformation and damage, and contact us in time if you find the above situation.

2. In the process of installation, attention must be paid to the sealing between the filter and the installation frame (or box), and the pressing bolt should be pressed down by one-third of the thickness of the gasket. To ensure the sealing performance of the filter and the installation box, it is recommended to use the gasket provided by our company. (When using high-temperature resistant filters, be sure to use the high-temperature resistant gasket provided by the company).

3. When replacing the high-efficiency air filter h13, make sure to wipe the inside wall of the static pressure box or air supply duct thoroughly to avoid rust and dust particles on the wall of the box falling on the filter and causing the filter material to break.

4. Be sure to pay attention to the direction of airflow of the filter when installing, according to the wind direction mark "↑" on the filter label. The direction of the arrow is the air outlet side of the filter.

5. When installing the high-efficiency air filter h13, use your hands to hold the letter around the frame and slowly move it into the air supply opening. Do not use your hands and head to hold the filter material, so as not to break the filter material and affect the filtration efficiency.
