Planning points for the decoration design of the pharmaceutical dust-free workshop

     It is obvious to all that in recent years, the pharmaceutical industry has actively taken measures to strictly screen the requirements of the pharmaceutical market. According to GMP standards, the essence of a clean factory dust-free workshop design is to be beautiful and clean to prevent product contamination and quality changes. Therefore, the interior decoration design of clean factories is different from that of ordinary factories. So what's the difference? Today I will tell you about it.
     1. The floor in the pharmaceutical dust-free workshop is flat and seamless, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, making the overall floor easy to clean. In the design of a dust-free workshop, you can use an on-site watered grindstone floor, and the diameter of the stones used should be between 6 and 15mm.
     2. The decoration layout of the workshop is set outside the factory so that it can form a sealed corridor. This creates a buffer zone between the clean area and the outside world. It can prevent external pollution and is also relatively energy-saving. The doors and windows in the factory building should be flush with the interior walls. The layer setting and structural form of exterior windows should fully consider the sealing of air moisture to prevent pollutant particles from penetrating from the outside.
     3. The walls of the pharmaceutical factory are smooth, flat, and dust-free, and are painted with anti-static materials, avoid glare, and can withstand cleaning and disinfection.
     4. To ensure indoor cleanliness in the dust-free workshop of the factory, all air supply ducts and lamps must be arranged in the technical mezzanine. Most pharmaceutical companies now use color steel sandwich panels to seal suspended ceilings.             Color steel sandwich panels have the characteristics of lightweight, high overall strength, good integrity, thermal insulation low dust generation, etc., and are more suitable for GMP production plants.
