Pharmaceutical factory GMP workshop liquid tank type hepa air supply outlet installation method

      Liquid-tank-type high-efficiency air supply outlets and liquid-tank-type 100-stage air supply units began to absorb, develop, and apply the technology in the 80s to 90s of last century.
      In recent years, with the new version of GMP in the core area of drug production (such as A-class area, A + B area, etc.), the requirements for air purification increased significantly. At the same time, in the past few years in the liquid tank sealing technology, the development of new frame structure, the development and improvement of new liquid tank sealant (commonly known as jelly glue), so that the use of liquid tank high-efficiency air intake has increased dramatically. Gradually become a high-grade clean environment mainstream sealing method.
      Liquid trough type high-efficiency air supply and ordinary high-efficiency air supply, the difference lies in the filter installation sealing method.
      To make the project, engineering installers (especially high-efficiency filter installers) as much as possible to understand and be familiar with the characteristics of such air inlets and filters, to avoid installation due to lack of familiarity, and lack of understanding of the actual leakage occurs.1 Air supply outlet and hundred-level frame installation must be reviewed in the content;
The main parts of the air supply outlet box leakage check are:
      (1) the weld area around the box shell, especially the spliced parts of the box at the air outlet end of the filter. It must be fully welded or glued inside and outside of the seams (we have found weld leaks).
      (2) The sealing cutter in the box: the four edges should be straight (visual inspection), and the cutter surface should be basically in the same plane (available aluminum, plexiglass, or PVC board check).
      (3) The corner where the cutter meets the cutter: the weld should be continuous and polished, and there should be no welding slag, protruding tumors, pits, and so on.
The main parts of the liquid tank 100-level frame leakage inspection are:
      (1) Frame splicing parts (two-way, three-way, and four-way), the sealing of the joints is the key, but also difficult.
      (2) The overall flatness of the frame: first of all, the overall need to adjust the flatness. Secondly, after being loaded by people and other forces, it will lead to loosening of the joints and deformation of the frame, and then it needs to be adjusted again.
      (3) After adjusting the frame, all joint sections need to be glued and sealed (not just the contact surface of the filter).
Review of liquid tank filter Generally speaking, high-efficiency filters have been tested for leakage before leaving the factory, and the test focuses on the quality of the filter paper itself and the sealing quality of the filter paper and the frame. However, due to the special structure of the liquid tank filter, sometimes there will be unexpected circumstances that cause the leakage phenomenon in the air supply port test. This we have found in actual use. Therefore, it is very necessary to check the appearance of the process requirements for the filling and interface sealing:
      (1) The slot around the interface section around the joints, must be pre-grouting before the silicone (this is very important), has been with the relevant production units for feedback on this situation.
      (2) Filter frame splices (especially around the corner) must be glued sealing treatment.
      (3) The installation process of the liquid tank sealing filter should be done in one go. Repeated disassembly of the liquid tank needs to be refurbished. Especially the domestic jelly glue.
Filter site installation:
      Liquid tank filter site installation, unlike the installation of ordinary high-efficiency filters, which is often overlooked.
If there is no problem with the box, frame, filter, etc., as mentioned above, and the installation is not standardized and in place, there will still be a risk of leakage. Therefore, the installer must be professionally trained before engaging in this critical installation operation.
