Performance characteristics of combined high efficiency air filters

Combined high-efficiency air filters are used in various air filtration systems to ensure low-pressure losses, thus also reducing energy consumption and saving operating costs.

I. Design with large dust holding capacity and no spacers

The unit is made of ultra-fine, moisture-resistant glass fibers with a specially designed thermocouple spacer that guarantees that the airflow passes through with little resistance within the same pleat spacing, making full use of the entire depth of the filter material and ensuring greater dust-holding capacity.

II. Very robust construction

The housing is made of plastic-coated galvanized steel, which ensures that the unit will not be corroded in high-temperature environments and that it can be used normally even in harsh environments and when the fan is often switched off, making it an ideal choice.

III. High air volume

Since it is a high-efficiency air filter, its air volume is also very secure, high design air volume can reach 4000m³/h, and such design has more advantages compared with other similar ordinary equipment, in the same air volume under the use of higher efficiency, lower cost.
