Overview of baffle less filters

Baffleless filters play a vital role in the field of air purification. It has many significant features. First, it has low resistance and high efficiency, which can reduce the resistance of air circulation and reduce energy consumption while ensuring the air purification effect. Secondly, the baffle filter is very lightweight, which makes it easier and faster to install and replace, reducing labor costs. In addition, its small size allows it to adapt to various environments with limited space, such as open cabinets, FFU laminar flow hoods, and clean benches.
Filters without partitions are generally made of imported low-resistance filter materials, such as ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper or PP high-efficiency filter materials. This filter material can effectively filter tiny particles in the air, with a filtration efficiency of more than 99.99% for particles ≥0.3μm. At the same time, the partition-less design reduces operating costs and makes full use of the filter material throughout the depth of the filter to ensure airflow through and reaches the dust-holding capacity.
Structurally, the outer frame of the partitionless filter is made of aluminum profiles, stainless steel, or galvanized sheets, and is sealed with polyurethane sealant. The surroundings are sealed with a special sealing compound to ensure the entire filter is sealed. A plastic-sprayed protective net is also installed on the air inlet and outlet surfaces to protect the filter paper from damage. Each filter has been rigorously tested and has the advantages of high efficiency, low resistance, and large dust-holding capacity.
In short, partitionless filters play an important role in air purification with their unique characteristics and advantages.
