On what basis can I choose the right high efficiency filter?

It is mainly used to trap particles, dust, and various pollutants below 0.5um. It is made of ultra-fine glass fiber paper as filter media, with super high filtration efficiency, low running resistance, and large dust capacity. One of the first choices of equipment. 

There are so many applications of high-efficiency filters, it is also a variety of varieties and models, and the price is also uneven, so how can we choose the right product from so many? Let's take a look at the four basic conditions
 

I. Filter suppliers

Generally speaking, the price of equipment that can achieve a 99.9995% purification effect is certainly very high, and whether such an effect can be achieved depends on the manufacturer of the filter, because the materials used by various manufacturers are different, and the cost difference is also relatively large.
If it is produced in the same place and the raw materials used are similar, the price of high-efficiency filters will not differ much.

II. Material of filter media

There are more PP materials and glass fiber materials used in the production of high-efficiency filters, and there is a big difference between different materials, for example, domestic glass fiber and imported glass fiber.

III, the outer frame, sealant material

Efficient filter frames usually wood frames, aluminum frames, and galvanized frames optional, the price difference between these different materials is 15% - 25% or so, in terms of sealant material, the main difference still lies in the import and domestic differences.

IV. Principle of ash cleaning

In the process of using the equipment, the dust will continue to adhere to the surface of the equipment, and as it thickens, the resistance value of the equipment also increases, when the resistance value reaches a certain value, the pulse dust controller will issue instructions to control the pulse valve and then open, the dust outside the equipment gradually falls off under the action of mechanical force, to achieve the purpose of cleaning ash.
After the dust cleaning process is completed, the resistance of the plant falls to the lower limit and the work starts again.
