Middle-effect filter filtration standards and practical characteristics

When purchasing customized medium-efficiency air filters, we often encounter different filter standards for medium-efficiency filters. There are three filter standards: European standard EN779 and EN1822, GB/T14295/GB/T13554, American ASHRAE 52.2

Common bag-type medium-effect filter, medium-effect filter filtration standards are F5, F6, F7, F8, and F9, the filter is made of special non-woven fabrics and galvanized iron or aluminum profiles combined, used to capture 1-5um dust particles, filtration efficiency of 45-98%.

Bag-type medium-effect filter characteristics.

1. Bag-type medium-effect filter has a compact structure, strong versatility, and easy installation;

2. This medium-effect filter has a large dust capacity, large air volume, and small resistance;

3. The bag-type medium-effect filter adopts ultrasonic fusion sealing, which will not produce air leakage or rupture;

4. The bag-type medium-effect filter adopts a separator design between bags, which is very reasonable and ensures smooth and even airflow, thus improving filtration efficiency;

5. The non-woven filter material is made of a special weaving method to avoid the use of glass fiber material that may cause discomfort to the human body.
