Medium Efficiency Panel Filters

Medium Efficiency Panel Filters

The panel-type medium efficiency filter is mainly used for filtering dust particles of 1-10um and above, often made of polyester fiber filter material, the outer frame is made of a strong aluminum profile frame, which will not deform, break or twist under normal operating conditions, and the filter material is fixed diagonally before and after the outer frame, the filter material and the outer frame are closely bonded to the outer frame to prevent air leakage, the panel type medium efficiency filter is also used for the protection of high-efficiency filters in multi-stage filtration systems. It can be interchanged with conventional bag filters, which greatly reduces the cost of operation.

Features:
A. Aluminium alloy/galvanized iron outer frame;
B. Small size;
C. Depth can be 46mm, or 96mm, suitable for ventilation and air conditioning systems with tight installation space;
D. With mounting flange, interchangeable with commonly used bag filters;
E. Atmospheric dust colorimetric average filtration efficiency: 60%, 90%, 95% (ASHRAE 52.1-1992);
F. Filtration efficiency classes: F5, F6, F7, F8/9 (EN 779).

Structure:
1)The outer frame is made of aluminum profiles with a unique supporting skeleton structure, which makes the filter media multi-fold forming, easy to replace and assemble, and has good versatility.
2) Lightweight structure, easy handling, and installation.
3) After use, new filter media can be replaced or the source material can be cleaned and reused, reducing operating costs.

Applications: pre-filtration of centralized ventilation systems for clean rooms; centralized ventilation systems for large common industrial households; automotive industry; ventilation and air conditioning systems for large civil buildings such as hotels, office buildings, shopping malls, stadiums, and airports; variable air volume ventilation and air conditioning systems, ventilation and air conditioning systems with tight installation space.
