Medium Efficiency Filter Filtration Standards and Precautions for Use and ReplacementThe medium-effect filter is mainly used as the final filter of the general air-conditioning system and the pre-filter of the purifying air-conditioning system, the filtration standard of the medium-effect filter is to filter ≥1μm particles of dust in the atmosphere, and its filtration efficiency is ≥50%~99% @ ≥1μm (counting method) or the European standard F5-F9, and the outer frame is a galvanized plate, aluminum profiles; and the filtering material is polypropylene fiber and glass fibre material.Replacement period of medium-effect air filter: 1. Under the condition of rated airflow usage, the filter needs to be replaced in 3-4 months; 2. or when the resistance of the filter reaches 400pa or more, the filter must be replaced; 3. If the filter uses washable filter media, the filter media under replacement can be rinsed with water or solution containing neutral detergent, cooled and dried, and then replaced; at most, the filter can be cleaned two times, i.e., it must be replaced with a new filter; if the dust concentration in the use environment is large, this service life cycle will also be reduced. Precautions for the use of air-conditioning medium-effect air filters: Regularly check whether there is any debris blocking the air inlet surface of the filter and whether the surface of the filter material is damaged; if there is any item blocking the surface, it should be made clear; if the surface of the filter material is seriously damaged, it is necessary to replace the filter material with a new one or replace the new filter with a new one for re-installation; during the installation of the filter, it is necessary to ensure that the sealing at the crimp of the filter and the frame is good, to prevent the leakage of the air volume; it is not permitted to impact the surface of the filter with heavy objects; and it is not permitted to pull the filter with force. Filter surface, do not force to pull the filter media surface; installation, should make the length of the filter bag mouth direction perpendicular to the ground, to ensure that the filtering effect of the air supply and in its more service life. |
