Medium Efficiency Filter Bags

Medium effect filter bag with large dust capacity and complete material is still very widely used for primary filtration of the air-conditioning system to protect the next level of filters in the system and the system itself, in the place where the cleanliness of air purification is not strictly required, it can be applied in central air-conditioning ventilation system, pharmaceutical, hospital, electronics, food and other industrial purification.

Medium-effect filter bag with large dust capacity, material frame with cold plate spraying, galvanized plate, and other forms of filter materials such as non-woven fabrics, glass fiber, etc., filter particle size of 1 to 5um, filtration efficiency of 60 to 95% (colorimetric method), filter materials are usually divided into: F5 (earthy yellow), F6 (green), F7 (light pink), F8 (light yellow), F9 (white).

The medium-effect air filter is divided into bag type and non-bag type, of which the bag type includes F5, F6, F7, F8, F9, and the non-bag type includes FB (plate type medium-effect filter), FS (partition type medium-effect filter), and FV (combined type medium-effect filter).

Points for selection of dust capacity of medium-effect filter bag:

1. The main control parameters for the selection of medium-effect air filters are rated air volume, filtration efficiency under rated air volume, initial resistance under rated air volume, dust capacity, and external dimensions;

2. Commonly used air conditioning medium-effect filter material filter media are glass fiber, non-woven fabrics, and so on;

3. The initial resistance of the medium-effect air filter should be ≤ 80 Pa. When designing, the initial resistance can be two times the final resistance, as the calculated resistance of the filter;

4. The medium-effect air filter should not be used independently and should be used in combination with the primary air filter.
