Matters needing attention when using high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filter

      High-temperature high-efficiency filters are suitable for high-temperature, high-cleanliness environments, so there are certain precautions to be taken when using them compared with ordinary high-efficiency filters.
First, high-temperature high-efficiency filter filtration efficiency
     The use of 250 ℃ red high-temperature silicone and 350-400 ℃ black high-temperature inorganic glue due to the impact of the physical properties of the glue (mobility is too poor), so 250 ℃ H13 high-temperature efficient filters in the actual filtration efficiency of the H12-H13; 350-400 ℃ H13 high-temperature efficient filters in the actual filtration efficiency of the H11-H12 between.
Precautions before using a high-temperature high-efficiency filter
     Due to the high-temperature high-efficiency filter used in the curing process of organic silicone and inorganic glue are cured from the surface to the inside, the thicker the height of the glue, the more difficult to cure, under normal circumstances, the glue curing time 3-7 days, if the high-temperature high-efficiency filters are not fully cured directly loaded into high-temperature equipment for normal use, it will inevitably cause high-temperature glue cracking.
It will inevitably cause high-temperature glue cracking, expansion, and glue from the frame and other phenomena; for the above problems, the following two points are made to deal with the program:
High-temperature high-efficiency filters need to be used normally after 7 days;
If the customer needs to install it immediately, it is recommended that the customer operate according to the following methods before using our high-temperature resistant efficiency filter:
250 ℃ high-temperature resistant high-efficiency filter Slowly warm up to 100 ℃ in the high-temperature equipment, and then shut down and cool down after 2 hours of constant temperature;
Tempering to 150 ℃ 1 hour after the shutdown cooling
Tempering to 200 ℃ 1 hour after the shutdown cooling
Tempering to 250 ℃ 1 hour after the shutdown cooling
After the last slow cooling, it can be used normally.
High-temperature resistant 350-400℃ high-efficiency filter Slowly warm up to 100℃ in the high-temperature equipment, then shut down and cool down after 2 hours of constant temperature;
Tempering to 150℃ for 1 hour and then shut down for cooling.
Tempering to 200 ℃ 1 hour after the shutdown cooling
Tempering to 250 ℃ 1 hour after the shutdown cooling
Tempering to 300 ℃ 1 hour after the shutdown cooling
Tempering to 350 ℃ 1 hour after the shutdown cooling
Temperature control to 400℃ 1hour cooling down time
After a final slow cooling, it is ready for normal use.
