Maintenance method of high-temperature resistant filter

Maintenance method of high-temperature resistant filter

(i) Importance of Maintenance
The maintenance of high-temperature-resistant filters is crucial. On the one hand, regular maintenance can ensure that the performance of the filter is always in a good state, effectively filtering impurities and pollutants in the high-temperature environment to ensure air quality. On the other hand, good maintenance can extend the service life of the filter and reduce equipment replacement costs. According to statistics, the service life of well-maintained high-temperature resistant filters can be extended by more than 30% compared with similar products lacking maintenance.
(ii) Specific maintenance steps
Periodic inspection
Check the appearance of the filter every [specific time period] to see if there is any damage, deformation, or corrosion.
Check the connection parts of the filter to ensure that there is no looseness or leakage.
Cleaning the filter
When the surface of the filter is blackened and holds more dust, the resistance increases, and the non-woven fabric inside the high-efficiency air filter should be removed and cleaned, or replaced.
For the housing, use a clean, damp cloth to wipe it; for the filter media or cloth, choose the appropriate cleaning method according to its degree of contamination.
Regular Filter Replacement
Generally, check the nozzle airspeed 1-2 times a year, if it does not meet the requirements of the technical parameters, then the HEPA filter should be replaced.
When replacing, note that the model and specification of the new HEPA filter match the original HEPA filter.
Check the electrical wiring
Regularly check the electrical lines to ensure that the lines are normal and free from short circuits and disconnection.
(iii) Precautions
Operation specification
When replacing the high-efficiency air filter, it is necessary to remove the nozzle activation plate, take out the high-efficiency air filter and replace it with a new high-efficiency air filter in accordance with the operation regulations, and pay attention to the arrow sign on the high-efficiency filter, which points to the direction of airflow.
Protecting the filter
Be careful when installing, do not drop and touch the frame, break the filter paper, and protect the filter surface from mechanical scratches or impacts.
Confirm the sealing
After replacing the HEPA filter with a new one, it is necessary to confirm that there is no leakage between the filter and the sealing material as well as the frame supporting the filter.
Environmental control
Do not use the filter in environments where the temperature, pressure, or gas flow rate exceeds the specified limits, as this may cause danger.
