Maintenance and care of the clean bench

Please unplug the power plug during inspection and maintenance.
To always maintain the technical performance of the workbench, the initial setting of the equipment, daily operation, and maintenance are crucial. If these matters are ignored, the performance of the equipment will decline, causing the workbench to operate in an imperfect state.
1. Sealing, this workbench adopts a structure in which the positive pressure pollution area is surrounded by the negative pressure area.
2. Moreover, before treating the workbench with formaldehyde fumigation, to prevent formaldehyde leakage, the whole machine should be checked for sealing using the "soap bubble" method. 3. Regularly (usually once every two months) use an anemometer to measure the wind speed in the working area. If it does not meet the requirements of the technical parameters, the fan power supply voltage can be adjusted. 4. When the fan voltage is adjusted to the maximum if the wind speed in the working area still does not meet the requirements of the technical parameters, the air supply and high-efficiency filters must be replaced. When replacing the air supply and high-efficiency filters, the exhaust air high-efficiency filters must also be replaced at the same time. After the replacement is completed, a dust particle counter should be used to check whether the surrounding seals are good. If there is a leak, it needs to be sealed with sealant.
5. The fan does not require special maintenance, but it is recommended to conduct a regular inspection.
6. When replacing the high-efficiency filter, pay attention to the following matters:
When replacing the air supply/exhaust high-efficiency filter, the machine should be stopped and the workbench should be processed first.
When updating the high-efficiency filter, the filter paper should be kept intact during unpacking, transportation, and installation. It is forbidden to touch the filter paper with your hands to cause damage.
Before installation, face the new high-efficiency filter in a bright place and check with the naked eye whether the high-efficiency filter has holes due to transportation and other reasons. If there are holes, it cannot be used.
During installation, pay attention to the arrow mark on the high-efficiency filter to keep it consistent with the air outlet direction of the workbench.
When tightening the clamping nails, the force should be even, that is, to ensure that the fixation and sealing of the high-efficiency filter are stable and reliable, and to avoid deformation of the high-efficiency filter and leakage. After replacement, a dust particle counter should be used to check for leaks, especially scanning and checking around the frame of the high-efficiency filter.
