Main points for the maintenance of box filters

(I) Regularly check the operation of the equipment
In the process of using box filters, it is very important to regularly check the operation of the equipment. It is recommended to conduct a comprehensive inspection every half a month, focusing on whether leaks in the inlet and outlet joints, whether the filter bags are damaged, whether the brackets are stable, and whether the circuit connections inside the control box are normal. For example, for some types of box filters, such as [specific model], if the inlet and outlet joints are loose or leaking, it may lead to a reduced filtering effect and waste of resources.
At the same time, pay attention to whether the sound, temperature, and other parameters of the equipment are abnormal during operation. If any abnormality is found, notify the professional staff in time for maintenance to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
(II) Replace the filter bag
The filter bag of the box filter needs to be replaced regularly, generally every 100-300 hours of operation. When replacing the filter bag, use the filter bag material produced by a regular manufacturer and match the filter model. Before replacing, release the pressure remaining in the room to avoid danger.
During the replacement process, carefully check whether the size and interface of the new filter bag are suitable to prevent installation difficulties or damage to the equipment due to size mismatch. After the replacement is completed, the inside of the equipment should be thoroughly cleaned to avoid dirt from attaching and affecting subsequent use.
(III) Cleaning equipment
In addition to regularly replacing the filter bags, the box filter should also be cleaned regularly. Before cleaning, close the inlet fluid valve and drain all the residual liquid in the filter.
When cleaning, carefully check the appearance of the filter to ensure that the functional components such as the pressure gauge and thermometer are working properly, and check whether the pipeline system is damaged or leaking. For dirty parts, you can use appropriate cleaning agents and tools to clean them, but be careful to avoid damage to the equipment.
In short, regular maintenance of the box filter can effectively extend its service life, improve the filtering effect, and ensure normal production and life.
