Laminar flow cover failure and maintenance
Laminar flow cover failure and maintenance(A) Common fault troubleshootingAbnormal wind speed: Unstable or insufficient wind speed may be caused by fan failure, fan filter blockage, or fan regulator failure. Check the running status of the fan first to see whether the fan is running normally and whether there is abnormal noise or vibration. If the fan is faulty, replace it in time. Check the fan filter again, if there is blockage, should be cleaned or replaced; If the fan regulator is faulty, repair or replace the faulty fan regulator. Excessive noise: Usually caused by fan faults or fan installation instability. If the fan is faulty, such as blade damage or bearing wear, the fan may make a lot of noise during operation. In this case, check the fan and replace the faulty parts. If the installation of the fan is unstable, it will cause noise due to vibration during operation, and the fan can be re-installed to ensure that it is firmly installed and reduces noise. Filter blockage: With the increase of use time, the filter will continue to capture dust, particulate matter, etc., in the air, resulting in filter blockage, affecting the airflow and filtration effect. You can judge whether the filter is blocked by observing the color and pressure difference of the filter. If the filter color becomes darker and the pressure difference increases, it indicates that it may be blocked. For the initial effect filter, it can be cleaned, washed with water, and can continue to use after drying; Once the HEPA filter is clogged, it is usually necessary to replace the new filter to ensure the normal operation of the laminar flow hood. Light failure: Light failure may be due to lamp or bulb damage, line connection problems, and other reasons. If the light is not bright or blinking, first check whether the lamp or bulb is damaged, if damaged, replace it in time; Then check whether the line connection is loose, short circuit, etc. If there is a problem, repair the line to ensure that the lighting is normal. Control panel failure: The failure of the control panel may result in the inability to adjust functions such as wind speed, wind direction, or lights. The common reasons are control panel component damage, line failure, and so on. In case of such failure, each component of the control panel, such as buttons, display screen, etc. should be checked to see if there is damage, if there is damage, replace the corresponding component; At the same time, check the cable connection and repair the faulty cable. (2) Maintenance under special environment High-temperature environment: In the high-temperature environment, the heat dissipation of the fan and motor of the laminar flow hood is affected, which may cause overheating and damage to the device. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the ventilation and heat dissipation of the laminar flow cover is good, regularly check whether the cooling fan of the fan is working normally, and if necessary, the cooling device can be added, such as the installation of a cooling fan or heat sink. At the same time, the lubricating oil of the equipment is easy to becomes thin in the high-temperature environment, and the adding period of the lubricating oil should be shortened to ensure that the lubrication of the fan and other parts is good. In addition, the high temperature may also reduce the performance of the filter material, to strengthen the detection of the filter, and appropriately shorten the replacement cycle of the filter. High-humidity environment: A high-humidity environment makes it easy to rust the metal parts of the laminar flow hood, affecting the service life of the equipment. Therefore, the metal parts of the equipment should be regularly treated with rust prevention, such as applying anti-rust oil and galvanizing. At the same time, pay attention to keeping the inside of the laminar flow hood dry, and install dehumidification equipment to reduce the ambient humidity. In a high-humidity environment, microorganisms are easy to breed, and the filter may become a hotbed for microbial reproduction, so it is necessary to strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of the filter, and regularly sterilize the filter to prevent microbial pollution. Dusty environment: A dusty environment will make the filter of the laminar hood easier to clog, greatly shortening the service life of the filter. In this environment, the replacement frequency of the filter should be increased, and a pre-filter can be installed at the inlet of the laminar flow hood to initially filter the air and reduce the amount of dust entering the inside of the laminar flow hood. In addition, it is necessary to strengthen the cleaning of the surface of the equipment, regularly clean the dust on the surface of the equipment, and prevent the accumulation of dust from affecting the normal operation of the equipment. In a dusty environment, the fan blades also easily accumulate dust, so it is necessary to increase the cleaning times of the fan blades to ensure the normal operation of the fan. |
