Key points for daily maintenance of Class A laminar flow vehicles

Key points for daily maintenance of Class A laminar flow vehicles

(I) Cleaning the surface and removing foreign matter
After normal operation, the surface of the equipment should be cleaned immediately to remove foreign matter on the surface of the equipment and exhaust gas stored on the equipment before use. This step is crucial because the remaining foreign matter and exhaust gas may pollute the internal environment of the equipment when it is used next time. For example, some fine particles may clog the filter and affect the filtering effect. According to statistics, if the surface is not cleaned and foreign matter is not removed in time after each operation, the performance of the equipment may decrease by about 10% over a long period. When cleaning, use a soft damp cloth to gently wipe the surface of the equipment to ensure that no stains remain. At the same time, pay attention to carefully cleaning the corners and gaps of the equipment to prevent dust and debris from accumulating.
(II) Checking and replacing the filter
Regularly checking the blockage of the filter is an important part of daily maintenance. The filter plays a key role in the filtration system of the laminar flow vehicle. As the use time increases, the filter will gradually be clogged with dust and impurities. It is generally recommended to check the filter blockage once a week, and when the filter is found to be blocked, it should be cleaned and replaced in time. According to relevant data, a clogged filter will reduce the airflow by about 30%, thereby reducing the filtering effect of the equipment. When cleaning the filter, you can use low-pressure air to blow or rinse it gently with clean water, then dry it and install it back. If the filter is seriously damaged, it must be replaced in time to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
(III) Equipment disinfection and review of filtering effect
Regular equipment disinfection and review of the filtering effect are key measures to ensure the sterile environment of the laminar flow vehicle. Equipment disinfection can be carried out by radiation disinfection with a 125WUV lamp, or by using 84 disinfectant to disinfect the interior of the workshop. It is generally recommended that the equipment be disinfected monthly to kill possible bacteria and viruses. At the same time, it is also very important to regularly review the filtering effect. The filtered air can be tested with professional testing equipment to ensure the filtering effect meets the requirements. According to research, regular disinfection and review of the filtering effect can effectively reduce the microbial load inside the equipment and improve the safety of experiments and production.
(IV) Replacement of wearing parts and equipment inspection
Replacing wearing parts in time is an important measure to avoid equipment failure. It is generally recommended to replace the filter and the pulping machine drive belt once. Wearing parts will gradually wear out during long-term use. If they are not replaced in time, it may cause equipment failure. When replacing wearing parts, original accessories should be used, and the quality and operating standards of the replacement parts should be matched with the equipment. In addition, regular inspections of the overall condition of the equipment and regular equipment inspections should be carried out as required to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. It is recommended to conduct an overall equipment condition inspection once a quarter and a comprehensive equipment inspection once a year. Through regular inspections and tests, potential problems with the equipment can be discovered in time, and appropriate measures can be taken to repair them, thus extending the service life of the equipment.
