Introduction to the gel seal hepa filter

Product description:
DOP gel seal hepa filter is the ideal terminal filter for industrial clean rooms and biological clean rooms and is also the ideal supporting filter for other purification equipment.
The liquid tank seal is a method better than the mechanical compression device seal commonly used in China at present. The gel seal hepa filter is easy to install and the seal is very reliable, so it is a high-efficiency filter sealing method commonly used internationally.

The gel seal hepa filter belongs to the same as the partitionless high-efficiency filter, using ultra-fine glass fiber as the filter media spacing line for high-quality imported heat-soluble adhesive sealant for polyurethane outer frame for the surface after anodic treatment of aluminum profiles with diamond-shaped steel mesh on both sides. The thickness is 90, 110, 120, and other specifications.

Product features:
gel seal hepa filter is the ideal terminal filter for industrial clean room and biological clean room, and it is also the ideal matching filter for other purification equipment.

The gel seal hepa filter is easy to install and the seal is very reliable, which is a common sealing method for high-efficiency filters internationally. Advantages: high sealing and good leak repair.
The gel seal hepa filter is light in weight, small in size, and reliable in sealing because there is no dividing plate.
The gel seal hepa filter can be made into the famous gel seal hepa filter with a knife frame and various non-standard partitionless filters according to the requirements of users.
Good sealing performance, easy installation, high efficiency, low resistance, and low operating cost.

Component materials and operating conditions:
Frame material: aluminum profile
Sealant: two-component AB glue
Liquid tank sealant: durable jelly glue
Filter media: ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper, artificial fiber filter paper
Higher temperature: 80°C
Higher humidity: 80%
Sealing medium: Liquid tank seal
Application: Widely used in clean rooms with high requirements, large area vertical laminar flow, 100-level laminar flow hoods, HEPA high-efficiency filter installation, etc.

gel seal hepa filter installation method:
It is suitable for a senior clean room with a vertical one-way flow.
It overcomes the shortcomings of the compression method due to poor flatness of the frame end face, which makes the filter seal not tight or the sealing gasket age and leaking and the longer period of replacement and disassembly.
In the process of installation, the lifting and connection of skeleton components may have deviations in elevation and unevenness, which should be as flat as possible.

In order to ensure that the high efficiency filter frame can be installed smoothly in a limited space, the plane accuracy requires that the deviation of the vertical and horizontal centre line of the liquid tank should not be greater than 5mm after it is in place; and the vertical direction of the vertical centre line of the liquid tank should not be greater than 3mm in height, in order to prevent the liquid tank system from running to the liquid surface difference close to the maximum, and make the liquid tank bottom bulging and air leakage or local liquid overflow.

After the frame tank has been connected, all joints should be sealed with silicone rubber or epoxy resin and other sealants.
The sealing liquid is then heated up to about 80°C in a water bath and then quickly injected into the tank to reach the design depth, and after the sealing liquid has condensed, the high-efficiency filter can be installed.

When installing the filter, the knife frame should avoid touching the wall of the tank to avoid forming a leakage boundary; the knife frame should be gently inserted into the liquid tank to seal it.
Generally, the operator should be on the frame and put down the filter from above, or according to the shape and size of the filter, hold the filter diagonally across the liquid tank from below and then put it down in alignment.

If the installed filter needs to be moved, the filter can be lifted a little and then gently lowered and inserted into the tank.
The installed filter should not be pushed hard to avoid liquid overflow or damage to the filter.
When replacing the filter, prepare the pallet in advance and place it under the filter immediately when the filter holder is removed from the liquid tank to avoid the liquid attached to the holder from dripping into the clean room or contaminating the installed filter.
