Instructions and precautions for the use of knife-rack high-efficiency filtersThere are a lot of matters to be noted during the transport use and installation of knife-rack high-efficiency filters as follows.1. Each high-efficiency filter has been tested and labeled with guaranteed efficiency and pressure loss value before leaving the factory. Please make sure that the ventilation volume in the process of use does not exceed the zui air volume of the filter. Since the filter material used for high efficiency is ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper with high filtration precision but low material strength, the filter should be handled, transported, and installed with extra care to ensure that it is lightly handled to avoid breakage of the filter material. 2. When receiving the filter, make sure to unpack it in a clean environment and check whether the appearance of the filter is intact. 3. When installing the filter, keep the direction of the folded paper of the filter media perpendicular to the ground, not parallel, to reduce the degree of dust accumulation, extend the service life of the filter, and avoid damage to the filter media due to fluctuations caused by the influence of gas and gravity. 4. There is a wind direction label on each knife-rack high-efficiency filter, please make sure the position of the sealing strip is correct; before installing the filter, please make sure that the direction of the airflow of the filter is in the same direction as the direction of use and is perpendicular to the filtration surface. Uneven airflow and local concentration will damage the filter media. 5. If the filter is used under adverse conditions, please install a flow-averaging plate in front of the filter; if the pressure loss of the filter reaches two times the initial pressure loss, please replace the filter in time. For example, if the initial pressure loss of the primary filter is 220Pa, and when the pressure of the filter reaches 440Pa (you can make a good red paint mark on the differential pressure gauge), the filter should be replaced in time. 6. Please check whether there is any foreign substance residue on the sealing surface of the filter on the equipment, and the sealing surface shall be kept clean; the sealing strip and the filter media shall not be damaged during the installation process so as not to cause the filter to be unavailable for use and accidental loss. 7. If the filter and its parts, including the filter media and sealing strip, are used beyond the life span, the filter will be broken and the frame will be deformed; do not repeatedly use and install the filter and parts beyond the life span. 8. if the knife rack type high-efficiency filter is equipped with a primary effect filter in the front stage, it should be cleaned up once every 1~3 months, and if it is impossible to continue to clean up the filter, it should be replaced with a new primary effect filter. |
