After installation and cleaning, the average wind speed of the purified working area can be measured by a QDF-2 hot ball-type electric anemometer. When the average wind speed <0.32m/s, adjust the regulator voltage and increase the fan input voltage; Conversely, when the average wind speed >0.48m/s, adjust the regulator voltage and reduce the fan input voltage, until the average wind speed to maintain the ideal range of 0.4m/s ± 20%, can be used. The use of an ultra-clean bench: 1. Before use, the ultraviolet germicidal lamp should be turned on 30 minutes in advance to deal with the microorganisms accumulated on the surface of the table in the purification work area, and then turn off the germicidal lamp and start the blower 20 minutes later. 2. Do not store unnecessary items on the table surface to keep the clean airflow in the work area without interference. 3. Regularly (generally once every two months) with a QDF-2 hot ball type electric anemometer to measure the average wind speed in the work area, such as found to be inconsistent with the requirements, you can adjust the fan power supply voltage, so that the worktable is in the best working condition. 4.
