Primary air filter cotton is mainly used to filter dust particles above 5um, is a special work in the air filtration system pre-filtering barrier, the material uses high-performance, high-strength synthetic fibers incremental structure processed from, high dust capacity and low resistance characteristics, flame retardant, primary filter cotton is divided into washable and disposable (with and without glue).
The colors are mainly white and blue, reusable, washable, flexible, economical and practical, simple, and quick to replace, it is a common filter material for air filters and one of the common filter materials.

Primary air filter cotton is suitable for various industries: such as the spraying industry, electroplating industry, surface treatment, exhaust gas treatment, building ventilation, pollution prevention, public construction, air conditioning industry, home appliance industry, automobile industry, motorbike manufacturing, electronics industry, watch industry, pharmaceutical plants, food industry, packaging materials, furniture industry, decoration engineering and other ventilation air conditioning system in various air purification fields.

Primary air filter characteristics:

1. Using fracture-resistant PET organic synthetic fibers;

2. High dust holding capacity and low resistance, long life span, economical and practical;

3. Silicone-free and resistant to chemicals such as chemical solvents, acid fumes, etc;

4. Meets the fire classification standards European DlN53438-F1 and American UL900-class2;

5. Mostly used in a panel and closed fold filters;

6. With paper outer frame galvanized frame or aluminum frame etc.

The use of primary air filtration wool is carried out in sequence, first cut according to the size of the air supply opening, and install the cut filter wool on the air supply opening, which can be made into a plate type or folded type, with a paper frame, aluminum frame or galvanized frame.
If a washable filter material is used, it can be cleaned and reused after some time, reducing running costs.
Primary filter wool can also be installed on automatic roll-up filters, which have the same filtering function.
Many manufacturers now have their equipment sized and most are frame type, so it is easier to install.

Air filter wool is divided into four main types according to the material of the filter media: synthetic fiber filter wool, non-woven filter wool, glass fiber filter wool, and activated carbon filter wool. According to the European standard they can be divided into: G1, G2, G3, G4, F5, F6, F7, and F8.
