How to use and precautions for pass box

Pass box are managed according to the cleanliness level of the higher-level clean area to which they are connected. For example, the pass box between the spray code room and the filling room should be managed according to the requirements of the filling room. After work, the operator of the clean area is responsible for wiping the internal surfaces of the pass box clean and turning on the UV sterilization lamp for 30 minutes.

Materials in and out of the clean area must be strictly separated from the flow of people, by the production workshop materials special channel in and out.

When the materials enter, the raw and auxiliary materials are taken off the package or cleaned in appearance by the person in charge of the preparation class, and then sent to the workshop raw and auxiliary materials temporary storage room through the pass box; the inner package materials are sent to the inner package room through the pass box after the outer package has been removed from its temporary storage room. The workshop general clerk and the person in charge of the preparation and inner packaging process handle the material handover.

When passing through the pass box, the internal and external doors of the pass box must be strictly enforced to "open and close", and the two doors cannot be opened at the same time. Open the outer door to put the material into the first closet, then open the inner door to take out the material, close the door, and so on.

When sending materials out of the clean area, the materials should be transported to the relevant material intermediate station and then moved out of the clean area according to the opposite procedure when the materials enter.

All semi-finished products from the clean area should be sent through the pass box to the outer storage room and transferred to the outer packaging room via the logistics channel.

Materials and waste that are likely to cause contamination should be transported from their special pass box to non-clean areas.

After the end of the incoming and outgoing materials, the site and the pass box of each cleaning room or intermediate station should be cleaned up in time, the internal and external passage doors of the pass box should be closed, and the work of cleaning and disinfection should be done.

Precautions
The pass box is suitable for general transportation, during transportation, prevent rain and snow from attacking, so as not to cause damage and rusting.

The pass box should be stored in a warehouse where the temperature is -10℃~+40℃, the relative humidity is not more than 80% and there are no corrosive gases such as acid and alkali.

When opening the box, the work should be civilized, with no rough and barbaric operation, so as not to cause personal injury.

After unpacking, first of all, please confirm whether the product is the ordered product, then carefully check the contents of the packing list for missing parts and whether the parts have been damaged due to transportation.
