How to use and precautions for built-in pass box

(I) How to use
The use of a built-in pass box must be strictly operated by regulations. When materials enter and exit the clean area, they must be strictly separated from the flow of people and enter and exit through the dedicated material channel of the production workshop. For example, in a pharmaceutical factory, the raw and auxiliary materials are sent to the temporary storage room of raw and auxiliary materials in the workshop through the pass box after the person in charge of the preparation class organizes personnel to unpack or clean the surface; the inner packaging materials are removed from the outer packaging in the outer temporary storage room and sent to the inner packaging room through the pass box. The workshop general staff and the person in charge of the preparation and inner packaging process handle the material handover.
When passing items through the pass box, the "one open and one closed" rule of the inner and outer doors of the pass box must be strictly followed, and the two doors cannot be opened at the same time. Open the outer door to put the material in, close the door first, then open the inner door to take the material out, close the door, and repeat this cycle. This ensures that the air between different clean areas will not contaminate each other and maintain the cleanliness of each area.
(II) Precautions
When transporting the built-in pass box, prevent it from being damaged. If the stainless steel transfer window can be transported by general means of transportation, it should be protected from rain and snow during transportation to avoid damage and rust.
When the transfer window is not in use, it should be stored in a dry, ventilated place and kept clean and dry. At the same time, it should be avoided from direct sunlight and high-temperature environment to avoid damage to the transfer window.
When unpacking, civilized operations should be carried out, and rough and violent operations should not be performed to avoid accidental injury. After unpacking, it is necessary to confirm whether the product is the ordered product, and then carefully check the contents of the packing list to see if there are any missing parts and whether the components are damaged due to transportation.
When operating the transfer window, the items should be disinfected in a standardized manner. For example, wipe the items to be transferred with 0.5% peracetic acid or 5% iodine solution, open the outer door of the transfer window, quickly place the items to be transferred, spray the transfer window with 0.5% peracetic acid, and close the outer door of the transfer window. Turn on the ultraviolet light in the transfer window and irradiate the items to be transferred with ultraviolet light for no less than 15 minutes. Notify the experimenters or staff in the barrier system to open the inner door of the transfer window, take out the items, and close the inner door of the transfer window.
