1. The main control parameters for the selection of high-efficiency air filters are filtration efficiency, rated air volume, initial resistance under the rated air volume, dust holding capacity, etc., which should be based on your specific use of the environment to see whether these parameters are appropriate and whether they are in line with the relevant norms.

2. The commonly used filter materials for HEPA filters include ultrafine glass fiber, etc. You can make a judgment on the advantages and disadvantages of the products after you have a specific understanding of ultrafine glass fiber.

3. According to GB/T6165-1985 "High-efficiency Air Filter Performance Test Methods Transmission Rate and Resistance", the filter is a high-efficiency air filter with a transmission rate of ≤0.1% (i.e., efficiency ≥99.9%) or a counting transmission rate of ≥0.1μm particles of ≤0.001% (i.e., efficiency ≥99.999%).

4. When designing, the initial resistance can be two times the final resistance as the calculated resistance of the filter. The initial resistance of a high-efficiency air filter shall not exceed 10% of the resistance of the product sample. High-efficiency air filters should not be used alone, high-efficiency air filters should be set in the purification of the air-conditioning system at the end.

5. The air filter should meet the requirements of fire protection, high-efficiency air filters are divided into three levels according to the degree of fire resistance: Level 1 filter, all the filter materials are non-combustible, non-combustible materials should be in line with GB8624-1997 A. Level 2 filter, filter media should be in line with the non-combustible materials of GB8624-1997 A. The divider, frame can be used in line with the GB8624-1997 B2 level of combustible materials. Grade 3 filter, all the filter materials can be used by GB8624-1997 B3 grade.

6. Dust capacity manufacturers should provide high-efficiency filter factory leakage test materials, in general, non-parallel flow clean air-conditioning systems using a combination of filters and more air.
