How to maintain the parts of the air filter to extend its life

The following is about how to maintain the air filter parts. You can come in and learn about it. The maintenance of the filter is very important. Through maintenance, the air quality can be improved and the maintenance cost can be reduced. The maintenance of the filter is relatively simple, and it is also best to use it correctly. At the same time, it is necessary to drain the water every day. If the filter is full of water, the filtering effect will be greatly affected, and it is not worth the loss if it is simply damaged. Therefore, this should be paid attention to extend its service life. In the work and production, it is generally necessary to establish a station to use and replace records, and strictly follow the operating specifications.
In the past, the main engine was generally disassembled to deal with this situation. Soak it in a special cleaning agent, and then clean and soak the oil tank, cooler, and main oil circuit components. The process is complicated, time-consuming and labor-intensive. Moreover, all the seals of the machine must be replaced after soaking. It is very expensive to clean it once. However, it is not so cumbersome to deal with this situation now. You only need to use a special test agent for oil coking to test the oil sample, such as determining the oil coking. Just add one-tenth of the lubricating oil volume of Vanasao cleaning agent to the air compressor lubricating oil, start the machine run it for 40-60 hours, and then drain the lubricating oil. The inside of the machine will be thoroughly cleaned. Then add new oil and it can operate normally. It saves time and effort and is low in cost. Vanasao cleaning agent and oil do not produce chemical reactions but only dilute the coke, so it will not cause any corrosion to the metal and non-metal parts of the machine. Vanasao is not irritating to the skin and can directly contact the skin. Cooling effect: The injected oil is in the form of droplets and mixes with the compressed gas. The large heat exchange surface quickly absorbs the compression heat of the gas, cools the compressed medium, and greatly reduces the exhaust temperature. Lubrication effect: In a dry screw compressor, the two rotors do not contact each other and rely on high-precision synchronous gears to maintain the gap. In an oil-injected compressor, because there is a large amount of oil and the female rotor only absorbs a small part of the total compression power consumption, the synchronous gear can be omitted, so that the male rotor directly drives the female rotor. In addition, since the injected oil is the same as the lubricating oil used in the bearings, there is no need to use a complex sealing device to separate the gas from the lubricating oil. This allows the distance between the rotor support bearings to be smaller, significantly improving the stiffness of the rotor and reducing deformation. Sealing effect: There are multiple leakage channels inside the screw compressor, and these leakage channels are all narrow gaps. The presence of oil greatly enhances the sealing effect and greatly reduces the amount of leakage through them.
