How to maintain high efficiency air filters

Maintaining a high-efficiency filter is a very important issue, so how can I maintain a high-efficiency filter?
What is a high-efficiency filter: High-efficiency filters are mainly used to capture particles of dust and various suspended matters below 0.3um.
It adopts ultra-fine glass fiber paper as filter material, offset paper, an aluminum film, and other materials as dividing plates, and the outer frame of the high-efficiency filter is made.
Each unit has been tested and is characterized by high filtration efficiency, low resistance, and large dust-holding capacity.
How to maintain the high-efficiency filter? 

1. Before the installation of the high-efficiency filter, it is not agreed to tear or open the packing bag or packing film by hand, and the air filter should be stored in strict accordance with the direction standard marked on the packing box of the high-efficiency filter; during the handling process of high-efficiency air filter, it should be taken and placed lightly to avoid violent vibration and collision. 

2. The transportation and storage of high-efficiency filters should be set aside in the direction marked by the production plant.
In the transportation process, it should be taken and placed gently to prevent violent vibration and collision, and not to force loading and unloading. 

3. Before the installation of high-efficiency filters, the packaging must be unpacked at the installation site for appearance inspection, including whether the filter paper, sealant, and frame are damaged; whether the edge length, diagonal and thickness dimensions meet the requirements; whether the frame has burrs and rust spots (metal frame); whether there is a product certificate of conformity, and whether the technical performance meets the design requirements.
Then according to our standard "clean room construction and acceptance specification" [JGJ71-90] of the method of inspection, the qualified should be installed immediately. 

4. For high-efficiency filters, the installation direction must be correct: with a corrugated plate combination filter in the vertical installation, the corrugated plate must be perpendicular to the ground; the filter in the vertical and the connection between the frame, strictly prohibit leakage, deformation, damage and leakage of rubber, etc., after installation must ensure that the inner wall is clean, no floating dust, oil, rust, and debris, etc... 

5. Inspection method: viewing or white silk cloth wipe inspection. 

6. Before the installation of high-efficiency filters, the clean room must be fully cleaned and wiped clean, and if there is dust inside the purified air conditioning system, it should be cleaned and wiped clean again to achieve clean requirements.
If the high-efficiency filter is installed in the technical mezzanine or ceiling, the technical layer or ceiling should also be fully cleaned and wiped clean. 

7. The high-efficiency filter for cleanliness levels equal to and higher than 100 clean rooms should be installed before the leak detection according to the method specified in the "Clean Room Construction and Acceptance Specification" [JGJ71-90], and meet the requirements specified. 

8. For high-efficiency filters, when the filter resistance value is greater than 450Pa; or when the airflow speed of the air outlet surface drops to a very low limit, even after the replacement of coarse and medium efficiency filters, the airflow speed still can not increase; or when the surface of high-efficiency filter can not repair the leakage situation, are required to replace the new high-efficiency filter; such as no above conditions, generally according to the use of environmental conditions, 1 -2 years to replace once. 

9. High-efficiency filter leak detection method, the particle counter sampling head must be extended into the exhaust air static pressure box (or pipe) connected with the exhaust air high-efficiency filter (this is different from the air supply high-efficiency filter scanning leak detection because the air supply high-efficiency filter leak detection side is exposed in the room, while the exhaust air high-efficiency filter leak detection side is hidden deep in the static pressure box or pipe) before the leak detection side of the exhaust air high-efficiency filter according to the above-mentioned The leak detection is carried out by scanning by the above-mentioned method.
