How to install the high-efficiency filter of the FFU laminar air supply unit?

   The FFU laminar flow air supply unit is a purification equipment that can provide local clean air and is widely used in medicine, food, electronics, and other industries. 1. Before installing the high-efficiency filter, you need to confirm that the selected FFU matches the size and model of the high-efficiency filter and ensure that the packaging of the high-efficiency filter is intact and free of any dirt or damage. Carefully check whether the filter paper, sealant, and frame are damaged. If damaged, they should be repaired. If there is serious damage that cannot be repaired, they should be replaced.

2. Open the panel of the FFU and place the FFU on a clean workbench. Make sure the inside and outside of the FFU are clean. Check that the filter is functioning properly and that nothing is loose or damaged. Then stand the FFU box upright with no clamps on the membrane facing downwards, and loosen the clamp screws on both sides.

3. Gently place the high-efficiency filter inside the FFU. Pay attention to the direction of the high-efficiency filter (the arrow mark on the filter frame points outward) to ensure that air can pass through the filter smoothly. Use torsion springs for fixation to ensure that the high-efficiency filter is firmly installed inside the FFU. During the installation process, be sure not to touch the inside of the filter paper with your hands and tools.

4. After that, hook the clamp into the groove of the high-efficiency filter and install and fix it one by one to ensure that the FFU box and filter are evenly and tightly combined and kept on the same plane. After installation is completed, air leakage and plugging tests must be performed. The high-efficiency filter has a DOP detection hole.

5. Connect the power supply. Correctly connect the FFU to the power source according to the FFU's electrical wiring diagram. Ensure the power supply is stable and safe to ensure the normal operation of the FFU.

6. Finally, test. Start FFU and observe the working condition of the high-efficiency filter. Check for any air leaks or odors. If problems are found, stop operation immediately and recheck the installation and connection status of the high-efficiency filter.
