How to extend the service life of xenon light transfer window light source?

To extend the service life of the xenon light transfer window light source, you can start from the following aspects:
Rational use of light sources
Avoid frequent switching: The xenon light source will bear a large current shock when starting, and frequent switching will accelerate the aging of components such as the filament, so unnecessary switching times should be minimized during use. If you do not need to use the transfer window for a short period, you can set it to standby instead of turning off the power.
Control the use time: Avoid the light source to work continuously for a long time, and arrange the use time reasonably according to actual needs. For example, during non-busy hours, the opening time of the light source can be appropriately shortened to allow it to have a certain rest time to alleviate the fatigue of the components.
Optimize the working environment.
Maintain appropriate temperature and humidity: the xenon light transfer window should be installed in a relatively stable environment of temperature and humidity, the ideal temperature range is generally 20℃ -25 ℃, and the relative humidity is 40%-60%. You can install air conditioners and dehumidification devices to adjust the ambient temperature and humidity to prevent the aging of light sources due to high temperature and humidity.
Keep the environment clean: Regularly clean the environment where the transfer window is located to reduce dust and pollutants. Because dust accumulation on the surface of the light source will affect the heat dissipation but also may absorb some light, reducing the efficiency of the light source, it is necessary to use a clean soft cloth to regularly wipe the shell of the light source and the surrounding area.
Regular maintenance
Clean the light source regularly: After regularly turning off the power and cooling, gently wipe the surface of the xenon light tube with a soft, non-shedding cleaning cloth to remove dust and stains. Avoid using rough items or corrosive cleaners, so as not to scratch or corrode the surface of the lamp, affecting the light transmission and luminous effect.
Timely replacement of parts: regularly check the various parts of the light source, such as if the filament is found to have obvious thinning, black, or the lamp has cracks, gas leakage, etc., should be replaced in time. At the same time, the driver circuit, ballast, and other components of the light source should also be checked regularly, if there is damage or performance decline, timely maintenance or replacement to ensure the normal work of the light source.
