How to extend the life of your air filter

To prolong the service life of the air filter and ensure that it can always play an efficient filtration performance, the air filter should be maintained and cared for frequently in the process of use, for example, the internal filter element structure needs to be cleaned regularly to prevent the dust capacity from being too high and affecting the filter performance.
Air filters have many applications, for example, in the electronics, pharmaceutical, and food industries, where they are used to provide a clean space for the production process.
The main feature of air filters is their ability to absorb dust particles with a diameter of only 0.3μm to 1μm, thus ensuring an improvement in air quality and contributing to a suitable environment for people's lives and industrial production.
In air filters, the main role is played by the structure of the filter element and the filter material, which has a filtering performance and influences the performance of the air filter at all times. From a certain point of view, the material is a key factor in determining the performance of the filter.
For example, there is a particularly clear difference in performance between a filter with activated carbon as the filter element and a filter with glass fiber panels as the main filter element.
In industrial production, air filters are often used in air conditioning equipment as well as in fresh air equipment units. They aid this ventilation and air exchange equipment to remove dust from the space and prevent damage to the internal structure after the equipment has entered a large amount of dust.
In addition, the installation and application of high-efficiency filters are also involved in the construction of clean rooms.
Relatively speaking, the smaller the diameter of some structures, the better the filtering performance, such as the glass fiber plate structure, which uses very fine glass fiber tubes sintered together and adopts a special process to form a structure similar to a multi-layer weave, thus being able to greatly improve the adsorption efficiency.
Therefore, such a dense glass fiber plate structure is generally used as the filter element of a high-efficiency filter, while for the filter element structure of a primary filter, larger diameter and simpler-to-obtain material are generally adopted.
