How to deal with the leakage of the liquid tank of the FFU?

In the event of a leak in a disassembled tank FFU, the following steps can be taken:
Shutdown and power off: After the liquid tank leakage is found, the FFU power supply should be turned off immediately to avoid damage to electrical components due to contact with the leaking liquid, and to prevent safety accidents.
Determine the location of the leak: Carefully check the liquid tank to determine the specific location of the leak. Common leakage points include the weld of the liquid tank, the sealant joint, and the interface between the liquid tank and the filter.
Clean up the leaking liquid: Use a clean rag or absorbent material to clean up the leaking liquid and prevent it from flowing around causing wider contamination. At the same time, care should be taken to avoid leaking liquid contact with the human body or other sensitive equipment.
Prepare repair materials and tools: According to the leak, prepare the appropriate repair materials, such as sealant, welding materials (if welding is required), fixtures, etc., and the required tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, glue guns, etc.
Repair the leak: Take appropriate repair measures according to the location and cause of the leak.
Sealant repair: If the leak is caused by aging, cracking, or falling off of the sealant, you can first clean up the old sealant at the leak and use a special liquid tank sealant to reapply it to the leak. When applying, ensure that the sealant is uniform and continuous to form a good sealing layer. After applying, wait for the sealant to cure according to its instructions.
Welding repair: For leakage at the weld of the liquid tank, if the leakage is more serious, welding repair may be required. This requires professional welding personnel to operate, drain the liquid in the liquid tank before welding, and clean and polish the welding part to ensure the quality of welding. After the welding is completed, the welding should be inspected to ensure that there is no missing or false welding.
Replace parts: If the leak is caused by a damaged part of the liquid tank, such as the joint of the liquid tank, valves, etc., you need to replace the damaged part with a new part. When replacing, pay attention to selecting the appropriate model and specification to ensure that the new part matches the other parts of the liquid tank and is correctly installed.
Test the sealing performance: After the repair is completed, the sealing performance of the liquid tank is tested. Methods such as static pressure test or bubble test can be used, that is, a certain amount of water or other liquid is injected into the liquid tank and observed for a period of time to check whether there is leakage at the repair place. If it is found that there is still a leak, it is necessary to re-examine the repair site, identify the problem, and repair it again.
Install the filter and resume operation: After confirming that the liquid tank is well sealed, install the HEPA filter correctly back to the FFU, then switch on the power, start the FFU, and observe its operation to ensure that everything is normal.
