First check whether the power switch and the emergency stop switch are on, if neither of the two causes is the case, then check whether the circuit, the leakage switch is closed.
Check whether the FUSE fuse configured by the IC circuit board is fused, if it is fused then you need to replace the 4A fuse.
Check whether the micro switch and photoelectric switch are in action, if there is no action, the micro switch and photoelectric switch should be replaced.
If the AC contactor does not work, it affects the blowing shower, needs to replace the AC contactor.
If the circuit board can not output a signal in the AC contactor coil, it is necessary to change the IC circuit board.
When the shower room is blowing shower, it is not allowed to force the door open, if there is an emergency, you can press the emergency stop switch to stop.

Regularly use the instrument to determine the technical indicators of the equipment, such as technical parameters that do not meet the requirements should be dealt with promptly.

According to the actual use, the filter media in the preliminary air filter should be taken off regularly for cleaning.　

When the airspeed is found to become small, you should first check whether the surface of the primary air filter is black, if it is black, it means that the pre-filter has more dust, and the resistance increases, that is, you should remove the non-woven fabric in the primary air filter for cleaning or be replaced.

When the non-woven fabric is replaced or cleaned, it still cannot improve the airspeed, which means that the high-efficiency air filter has been blocked, resulting in increased resistance, then high-efficiency air filter should be replaced.

To replace the HEPA filter, remove the spray ball plate, remove the HEPA filter and replace it with a new HEPA filter according to the specifications of the original HEPA filter. The arrow mark on the high-efficiency filter should be confirmed during installation, and the arrow should point in the direction of airflow. And ensure good sealing to prevent leakage.　

After the replacement of the high-efficiency filter, it is necessary to confirm that there is no leakage in the frame and to test it with a dust particle counter, and only after reaching the technical index can it work normally.

Regularly overhaul the electrical wiring, if there is a fault, you can refer to the electrical schematic diagram for maintenance.　
Regularly enclose the door so that the electronic lock is aligned with its lock hole to avoid jamming the locking pin.
The operating temperature of this equipment must not exceed 50°C and the use of open flames is strictly prohibited.
