How to choose the right air filter in a general paint shop?

Air filters generally used in workshops will be based on a combination of middle and high-efficiency filters. Cleanliness levels in general cleanrooms are not very high and therefore most will be in the range of 10,000 and 100,000 and therefore use air filters with workshop cleanliness of F8.
The filters installed in the system will be located in F5-F8-F5-G3. There are many types of air filters and they are divided into different classes depending on the actual application. We can therefore pass on efficiency, shape, and material when selecting a filter.
The selection is made after a comprehensive assessment of the composition and other aspects, more commonly no more than three efficiency levels before every two filters. As such, filter performance is the first consideration that must be taken into account as far as filter selection is concerned.
An important reference criterion should also play a strict role in the three levels of filtration.
Secondly, the efficiency of the intermediate filters must be matched to the efficiency of the final filter. Similarly, primary filters that are easy to clean and dismantle should be selected so that we can better help keep the filters well-maintained in our daily work.
Also, the filters used in the workshop need to be checked and replaced regularly, this is usually used in paint shops.
The final pressure loss of the filter will be set at around 250pa and the high-efficiency filter will be set at around 450pa. If it is found to fall far below this value during use, it must be cleaned and replaced promptly.
