How to choose an ultraclean bench?

How to choose an ultraclean bench?

I. Horizontal flow vertical flow and ultra-clean bench what is the difference between the two?

1. Horizontal flow of the ultra-clean bench is filtered clean air from back to front horizontally blowing directly to the operator, is a more versatile local clean bench, it is widely used in electronics, precision instruments, instrumentation, the pharmaceutical industry, and tissue culture.

2. Vertical flow ultra-clean bench is filtered clean air blown from top to bottom to the ultra-clean table surface, and then blown forward and backward out of the ultra-clean table, usually used in laboratories, biopharmaceuticals, photovoltaic industry, microelectronics, hard disc manufacturing, cell culture and other fields.

II. How do we choose
In the purification level of the ultra-clean bench, there is no difference between horizontal flow and vertical flow, both of which are the standard of class 100 purification, and both of which can meet the experimental needs. Therefore, the difference between horizontal and vertical flow is only the airflow flow type is different.

Vertical flow of wind to form a quasi-closed table can effectively prevent the external merging penetration and operation of odor stimulation of the human body to ensure the operator's health; while the horizontal flow of clean wind blowing directly to the human face and body, such as harmful gases will be directly harmed by the operator, so we generally purchase vertical flow ultra-clean workbench.

But if you need to put in the bench microscope and other direct observations of the instrument, the vertical airflow will be blocked by the microscope, this situation should choose the horizontal flow of an ultra-clean bench.

In general, there are no obvious advantages and disadvantages of horizontal and vertical air supply, purchasers have to consider the airflow type, according to the experiment to see which form of air supply to minimize the impact of the experiment to choose the right type of ultra-clean bench.
