How to choose a suitable air shower room filter?

The following aspects can be considered when choosing a suitable air shower room filter:
1. Filtration efficiency: Select a filter with a filtration efficiency that meets the requirements according to actual needs. For general air shower rooms, it is usually necessary to select a high-efficiency filter (HEPA), which has a high filtration efficiency for dust particles larger than 0.3 microns (usually above 99.97%). If the air cleanliness requirements are higher, you may need to choose an ultra-high-efficiency filter (ULPA).
2. Non-partitioned and partitioned filters: The technical content of non-partitioned filters is relatively high, and they have better filtration effects and performance. Partitioned filters were used in early air shower rooms, and now most mature air shower room manufacturers will choose non-partitioned filters.
3. Brand and quality: Choose filters with well-known brands and reliable quality to ensure their performance and service life. You can refer to the manufacturer's reputation, product evaluation, and relevant certifications.
4. Size specifications: To ensure that the filter can be correctly installed in the air shower room, it is necessary to refer to the internal accessories size model parameters provided in the air shower room manual for selection. If the manual does not provide detailed instructions, you can disassemble the inner panel of the air shower room, unscrew the screws at the four corners to remove the internal high-efficiency filter, and check the air shower room brand and the label of the high-efficiency filter to understand the size specifications; if there is no label description, you should measure according to the actual size of the filter, record the relevant information, and provide it to the manufacturer to produce a filter of the appropriate size.
5. Air volume and wind speed: The air volume of the filter should match the design requirements of the air shower room to ensure the appropriate wind speed. Too low wind speed may affect the shower effect, while too high wind speed may cause discomfort or increase energy consumption.
6. Durability: Consider the durability of the filter, including the strength and moisture resistance of the filter element. Some filters may have better durability and can maintain a stable filtering effect for a long time.
7. Convenience of maintenance and replacement: Choose filters that are easy to maintain and replace, which can reduce the difficulty and cost of later operations.
8. Special environmental requirements: If the environment in which the air shower room is located has special requirements, such as high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, etc., then select filters with corresponding characteristics to meet these requirements.
