How to change the filter material of the air filter box?

Different types of air filter box filter material replacement methods are different but generally include preparation, disassembly of old materials, installation of new materials, inspection, and debugging steps, the following is the specific replacement method:
Preparatory work
Safe power off: To avoid the risk of electric shock during the replacement process, be sure to turn off the power of the air filter box and unplug it.
Tools: Basic tools, such as screwdrivers and wrenches, are required to remove the shell and fixed components of the filter box.
Determine the material model: Check the manual or label of the air filter box to determine the model, size, and specification of the filter material to be replaced, and ensure that the appropriate new filter material is ready.
Remove old filter material.
Open the filter box: Use the appropriate tools to unscrew the filter box shell or release the buckle to open the shell. Some filter boxes may also require the removal of some connecting pipes or other components to fully expose the filter material.
Remove the old filter material: Carefully remove the filter material from the filter box according to the way it was installed. If the filter material is secured through a slot or frame, it may be necessary to gently pry or unfasten the fixture; If it is attached with glue, it may need to be peeled off carefully, taking care not to damage other parts of the filter box.
Install new filter material.
Clean the installation site: Before installing new filter materials, use a clean cloth or brush to clean the dust and debris in the filter box. Ensure that the installation surface is smooth and free of foreign bodies so that the new filter materials can be tightly fitted.
Install the new filter material: Put the new filter material into the filter box in the correct direction and way. If it is a filter filter material, ensure that the filter is fully unfolded, without folds or distortions, and the edges are tightly integrated with the fixed frame; If it is a filled filter material such as activated carbon, it should be evenly filled into the specified space to avoid gaps or uneven accumulation. Then, use screws, fasteners, or glue to secure the new filter material.
Check and debug
Check the installation: After the installation is complete, carefully check whether the filter material is firmly installed, whether the position is correct, and whether there is a gap or interference with the surrounding parts. Make sure all parts are in place, screws are tight, and the clasp is secured.
Restore the power and debug: insert the power plug of the air filter box back, turn on the power, start the filter box, and observe whether it runs normally. Check whether the airflow is smooth and whether the filter material has abnormal vibration or sound. At the same time, some simple detection tools can be used, such as air quality detectors, to check whether the filtration effect is meeting the expectations.
