How often should the primary filter be replaced and how should it be cleaned?

    The primary filter is the most commonly used in daily use. How often should the primary filter be replaced? Under normal circumstances, it needs to be replaced once every 1-3 months. The specific replacement time is directly related to the use environment. In the process of using the filter, to save the cost of use, everyone wants to reuse the filter to a certain extent. So how should it be cleaned?
The cleaning process of the primary air filter is as follows:
    1. The use and replacement of the primary filter must meet the basic requirements of the production process conditions for the production air conditioning system, and at the same time meet the necessary production conditions;
    2. Every time you clean the primary filter, you must disassemble the primary filter (it is strictly prohibited to clean the frame directly with water), place it in a special cleaning room, and clean it repeatedly with clean water (tap water). During cleaning, check whether the filter is damaged. If there is any damage, replace it in time (high-temperature water or high-pressure water should not be used when washing). When the filter is cleaned, it should be placed in a relatively sealed room to dry in the shade. After the filter is completely dry, the staff will check one by one to see if there are any filters. Damaged, can only be installed and used after passing the inspection
    3. When removing the filter for cleaning, the staff should clean the inside of the air conditioner case repeatedly with clean water at the same time. The removable and washable parts should be removed and cleaned. The surface of the equipment should be cleaned, and then cleaned with a dry cloth (the cloth should not shed lint). Wipe it once until the box meets the dust-free requirements before installing the primary filter;
    4. Every time you replace or clean the primary filter and chassis, detailed work records should be filled in promptly and kept on file for review.
    Appropriately reduce the number of cleanings to ensure normal use of the filter.
