How often does it take to replace the high-efficiency filter of the clean operating room purification unit?

The air handling unit and fresh air unit of the clean operating room should be inspected regularly and kept clean. The primary filter in the fresh air unit should be cleaned every two weeks, and the primary filter should be replaced every January to February. The medium-efficiency filter should be replaced every 3 months. If pollution and blockage are found, the medium-efficiency filter should be replaced promptly to avoid reducing the life of the sub-high-efficiency filter. The sub-high-efficiency filter should be replaced every year. When pollution and blockage are found, the sub-high-efficiency filter must be replaced in time to avoid affecting the purification effect of the high-efficiency filter. The terminal high-efficiency filter should be inspected once a year. When the fresh air resistance exceeds the designed initial resistance of l60pa or has been used for more than 3 years, the high-efficiency filter should be replaced to ensure indoor air cleanliness.
Set up dedicated maintenance and management personnel to follow the instructions for the use of the equipment for care and maintenance; and develop an operation manual with inspections and records. Regularly check the return air filter, which should be cleaned once a week and replaced once a year. In case of special contamination, replace it in time and wipe the inner surface of the return air outlet with disinfectant.
