Usage method First step disinfection: Take out the filter element in the equipment place it in a special disinfection cabinet, and disinfect it at a high temperature of 120 degrees for about 30 minutes, or use the online disinfection method, install the filter element inside the equipment according to the specified method, and disinfect it with steam for about 30 minutes. Second step installation: Soak the O-ring in the equipment slowly insert the filter element vertically into it, and fix the fins of the filter element with a stainless steel orifice plate. Avoid direct contact with the filter element during installation, and remember to rinse the filter element before using the equipment. Step 3 Maintenance: If the equipment can no longer meet the designed flow rate during operation, it must be shut down in time, then open the equipment to remove the filter element and use clean water to clean the dirt on the surface. If necessary, soak it in 4% hydrochloric acid for about 24 hours, then soak it in 4% sodium hydroxide for another 24 hours, and then rinse it with clean water. Step 4 Storage: When the equipment is not in use, the filter element can be soaked in a special disinfectant, or the stainless steel shell can be filled with disinfectant; after soaking, the filter element is taken out and dried. Remember that the filter element that is not completely dried cannot be packaged in plastic bags to prevent mold.
