How do I test that the cleanroom environment meets the requirements of my production?

In many production companies with high requirements for cleanliness, a clean room is naturally one of the facilities that cannot be lacking, and what is the most important equipment in a clean room?
It is undoubtedly the high-efficiency air purification filters, which are very important for production! So how do we judge whether a clean room meets the requirements of production?

I. Requirements to be met by the clean room

1, the air supply must be sufficient, can completely dilute, and remove all kinds of indoor pollution;
2, clean air flows from a relatively clean area to a poorer area, and the flow rate of polluted air reaches low;
3, to ensure that the indoor air supply will not increase the severity of pollution;
4, the operation to ensure that there is no high concentration of indoor pollution gathered in the region.

II. Standards for clean room testing

1、If a turbulent flow clean room is used, the air supply and exhaust volume should be tested; if it is a one-way flow clean room, the operating airspeed should be measured;
2、Check the airflow control between each area of the room, for example, is the pressure difference correct? Is the direction of airflow movement in the indoor openings correct?
3, for equipment leak detection, is also very important, to avoid the leakage of pollutants, including whether there are damaged filters, whether there are gaps in the outer frame of the equipment, whether other parts of the equipment are in the room, etc.;
4, for equipment installed in the isolation of leak detection, to ensure that pollutants will not pass through the building materials into the clean room;
5,For the control of indoor airflow;
6, for indoor suspended particle concentration and microbial concentration control, if necessary for the concentration of these substances to be measured, to prove that they meet the technical conditions of the clean room.
