High-efficiency hepa box main structure

The high-efficiency air supply is the ideal terminal filtration device for the purification air-conditioning system of class 1,000, class 10,000, and class 100,000, and it can be widely used in the purification air-conditioning system of medicine, health, electronics, chemical industry, and other industries. The high-efficiency air supply is used as the terminal filtration device for the renovation and new construction of 1000-300000 level clean rooms at all levels, which is the key equipment to meet the purification requirements. High-efficiency hepa box includes a static pressure box, diffuser plate, and high-efficiency filter, and the interface with the air duct can be a top or side connection.
 
There are two series of high-efficiency hepa boxes: Ⅰ and Ⅱ. Series Ⅰ is in the form of replaceable filters, and series Ⅱ is in the form of disposable air outlets, both of which are for downward air supply.
 
High-efficiency hepa box series Ⅰ: this outlet is composed of a high-efficiency filter, high-quality thin steel plate, aluminum alloy diffusion hole plate, etc. It is easy to install, reliable sealing, and the filter can be replaced easily. The connection method can be upward or sideward.
 
High-efficiency hepa box series Ⅱ: There are two types: ultra-thin type and thin type. All of them are one-time type air outlet, which is easy to replace (only need to remove the hoop of the flexible joint between the air supply pipe and the air outlet). This series is especially suitable for the purification air-conditioning system where the ceiling space is restricted. Main advantages: simple and reliable box structure, strong ventilation, uniform air supply, easy installation, and simple maintenance.
 
The main structure of a high-efficiency hepa box is:
 
1. The box is made of a high-quality cold rolled steel plate, with electrostatic spraying treatment on the outer surface, and equipped with a diffuser plate.
 
2. Compact structure, reliable sealing performance, the air inlet mode has a side air inlet and top air inlet, and the flange mouth has square and round two kinds of structures.
 
3. Sometimes, when the clean room is limited by the height of civil construction or when the compact design is required, the integrated high-efficiency filter hepa box can be used.
 
4. Insulation layer and stainless steel are available.
