High-efficiency filtration hepa box need to pay attention to what

The size of the high-efficiency filter air supply outlet must meet the design requirements. It should be cleaned before installation. For the installation and replacement of high-efficiency filters in a clean room, the joints between the flap of the air outlet and the ceiling plate should be gasketed. For the installation and replacement of high-efficiency filters in the technical mezzanine, short pipes should be pre-buried before installation in cooperation with civil engineering construction.


  High-efficiency air supply outlet installation specification:

  I. The size of the high-efficiency filter air supply outlet must meet the design requirements. It should be cleaned before installation. For the installation and replacement of a high-efficiency filter air supply outlet in a clean room, the joints between the air outlet flap and the ceiling plate should be gasketed. For the installation and replacement of high-efficiency filters in the technical mezzanine, short pipes should be pre-buried with civil construction before installation, and the cracks between the short pipes and the ceiling board must be sealed if any. The air outlet shall not be installed if the surface coating is damaged. After the installation the air outlet should be connected to the air duct, the open end with plastic film and tape.

  II. High-efficiency over the air supply before installation, There must be a clean room for a comprehensive cleaning, wiping, purification, and air conditioning system, if there is dust inside, should be cleaned again, wiping, to meet the clean requirements. If the high-efficiency filter is installed in the technical sandwich or ceiling, the technical sandwich or ceiling should also be fully cleaned and wiped.

  III. Clean room and purification air-conditioning system to meet the cleaning requirements, purification air-conditioning system must be test run. Continuous operation for more than 12 hours, clean room again, and wipe the clean room immediately after the installation of high-efficiency filters.

  IV. The transport and storage of high-efficiency filters should be shelved by the direction of the manufacturer's logo. During transport, the filter should be held gently and put down lightly to prevent violent vibration and collision.

  V. Before installing the high-efficiency air supply outlet, the filter must be unpacked at the installation site for appearance inspection, including whether there is any damage to the filter paper, sealant, and frame; whether the side length, diagonal and thickness dimensions are by the requirements; whether there are any burrs and rust spots on the frame (metal frame); whether there is any product qualification certificate, and whether the technical performance is by the design requirements. Then carry out leakage detection. Those qualified by inspection and leakage testing should be installed immediately. Installation should be based on the size of the resistance of each filter for reasonable deployment, for unidirectional flow, the same air outlet or air supply surface between the filters, each rated resistance, and the average resistance of each unit should be less than a 5% difference. The cleanliness level is equal to and higher than the high-efficiency filter of the class 100 clean room.

  VI. The frame for installing high-efficiency filters should be flat. The permissible deviation of the flatness of the installation frame of each high-efficiency filter is not more than 1mm.

  VII. When the sealing between the high-efficiency filter and the frame adopts the methods of sealing gasket, self-adhesive, negative pressure sealing, liquid tank sealing, and double-ring sealing, etc., all of them must wipe the surface of the packing, the surface of the filter bezel and the surface of the frame and the liquid tank clean.

  VIII. When the sealing gasket is used, the thickness of the gasket should not exceed 8mm, and the compression rate is 25% to 30%. When liquid tank sealing is used, the liquid level in the liquid tank should meet the design requirements, and there should be no liquid seepage at each joint of the frame. When adopting a double-ring sealing strip, do not block the eyelets on the ring cavity when pasting the sealing strip; both double-ring sealing and negative pressure sealing must keep the negative pressure pipeline smooth.

  IX. When installing the high-efficiency filter, the arrow on the outer frame should be consistent with the direction of airflow. When it is installed vertically, the crease seam of the filter paper should be perpendicular to the ground.
