High-efficiency filters teach you how to adapt and equip filters

    For small and medium-sized purification machines and equipment, such as clean workstations, air shower rooms, laminar flow hoods, etc., because of the small volume of exhaust air to be solved, the general air intake side of the fresh air system adopts coarse-effect filters or intermediate-effect filters, and the end of the exhaust air must adopt high-efficiency filters or ultra-high-efficiency filters;
    1.     2. the adoption and equipment of the "Zhongke Shengjie" brand air filter in the purification air-conditioning unit, is generally based on the air cleanliness level of the purification room and the special requirements of the production process to carry out reasonable adoption and equipment.
     For the purification system of a purification room of 1000--10,000 levels, three levels of air consideration are generally used, i.e. coarse-effect, medium-effect, and high-efficiency filters; coarse-effect and medium-effect are generally put into air-solving equipment and medium-effect filters are put into the positive pressure section, and sub-high-efficiency or high-efficiency filters are generally situated at the end of purification and air-conditioning units.
    For the purification air-conditioning unit of 100--1000 levels, coarse-effect, medium-effect and sub--efficient filters are generally set in the solution equipment of the fresh air system, and the high--efficiency filter or super--efficiency filter of the "Zhongke Shengjie" brand should also be set in the air supply mode system of the purification room; the high--efficiency filters are generally situated in the tail end of the purification air-conditioning unit, i.e. the high--efficiency filters are situated in the canopy of the purification room. Generally speaking, the high-efficiency filter is located at the end of the purification air-conditioning unit, that is, on the roof of the purification room; for the ultra-high-efficiency filter, it is necessary to build it at the end of the purification air-conditioning unit to ensure that the required air cleanliness level is stipulated.
    3. When you know all the purification system air to solve the exhaust volume, you can select the filter based on the rated value of the exhaust volume, and clear the number of filters needed.
