High-efficiency filters for cleanroom with various processes available Non-standard customization

High-efficiency filters in the cleanroom are mainly used at the end of the cleanroom, and the common high-efficiency filters are mainly partitioned high-efficiency filters and partitionless high-efficiency filters.

The filter is made of ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper or polypropylene filter paper, which is folded tightly. The tightly folded filter paper is spaced by small inserts made of paper dividers or aluminum foil dividers to maintain a smooth passage, and the outer frame is made of a wooden frame, galvanized sheet, stainless steel plate or aluminum alloy profile, which is sealed with a new type of polyurethane sealant.

The cleanroom high-efficiency filter is made of waterproof and flame-retardant glass fiber filter paper or PP high-efficiency filter material. The filter material is fixed to the profile frame with glue, and the inlet and outlet surfaces can be equipped with a sprayed surface protection net to protect the filter paper from being damaged. The lightweight, compact design makes it easy to install in open boxes, fan filter units, and clean tables.

Compared with the high-efficiency filter with partitions, the initial resistance of the filter is much smaller, generally, the aluminum frame is very light and thin, and the double-sided steel spraying mesh or aluminum plastic spraying mesh protects the filter material.
