With different materials and processes, different types of HEPA filters have different effects.1. Different materials of cartridge separators: the material of cartridge separators of non-spacer high-efficiency filters is hot-melt adhesive, while those with a spacer are aluminum foil or paper; 2. Different applicable environment: the environment used by the different materials of high-efficiency filters will be different, and the plant with high requirements for cleanliness will choose the small, light, easy to install, and stable efficiency of the non-spacer high-efficiency filter, and will not choose the high-efficiency filter with a spacer that has a large impact on cold, heat, dryness and humidity; 3. Different service life: the channel of the partitioned filter is rectangular, while the channel of the partitionless filter is V-shaped, the uniformity of dust tolerance of the V-shaped channel is better than that of the rectangular one, so the service life is also longer; 4. Different degree of environmental protection: the material of the high-efficiency filter can avoid the use of metal devices, so when the filter is disposed of, it is easy to handle and conducive to environmental protection; 5.
