The Fiberglass Pocket filters ore constructed of on ultra fine gloss fiber media. The media is bonded to a thin nonwoven synthetic backing and sewn with multiple rows of expanded stitching. The stitch is flexible to help maintain pocket shape in changing conditions. All stitching is sealed with thermoplastic resin to prevent any possible leakage. The header is constructed of 26 gouge galvanized steel to prevent rusting and provide rigid support to the filter face.
The medium replacement air filter generally adopts a bag type structure, which can effectively enlarge the windward surface of the filter, so that the filter has the advantages of large dust holding capacity and low wind speed. Therefore, it is considered to be the best medium filter structure
Pocket air filter / bag filter is made with pieces of media, sealed together to form pockets. The pocket air filter media is composed of 3-12 pocket numbers according to the frame size.. The pockets themselves can vary in length. With these combinations of pockets and lengths, many surface areas sizes can be created. Generally, a larger surface area will give you better Dust Holding Capacity (DHC) and longer service life of the filter
