Fresh air primary filter features


Fresh air primary filters are mainly used in pre-filtration of air conditioning and ventilation systems, clean room return air filtration, and pre-filtration of local high-efficiency filtration devices for filtering dust particles of 5um and above, and are favored by different companies in use to solve air quality problems in various fields.


Features of fresh air primary filter: outer frame: aluminum alloy, galvanized plate, thickness: 17mm, 21mm, 25mm, 46mm, and other models; filter material: high-quality chemical fiber non-woven filter material, large air volume, low resistance, large dust capacity; filtration efficiency: 70%; filtration level: G2 (EN779); the use of surface rust-proof treatment of wire protection network, can be well fixed to protect the filter material in use. It is not easily damaged in use.

Under normal conditions, the primary air filter needs to be replaced once in 2-3 months; or when the resistance of the filter reaches 250 Pa or more, it must be replaced with a new filter; if the primary air filter uses washable media, it can be rinsed with water or a solution containing neutral detergent, cooled and dried, and then replaced, but at most, it can only be cleaned two or three times. The filter can only be cleaned two or three times, after which it can only be replaced by a new one.

Class primary filter structure features:

1. Sturdy and detachable outer frame: The sturdy plate-type aluminum alloy frame with aluminum alloy corners has a sturdy and smooth structure to ensure that the filter will not be deformed or damaged even under poor working conditions.

2. Lightweight panel structure, high-quality polyester synthetic fiber filter material, low initial resistance, and good fire resistance.

3. The filter reinforcement further enhances the sturdiness of the filter. At the same time, the balanced spacing and double reinforcement design ensure the equal height pleated shape of the filter, so that the filter can reach the maximum dust capacity at the minimum resistance.

4. The filter media is made of high-quality polyester synthetic fibers, which can be washed and reused many times and has a long service life. The fluffy and dense fiber structure ensures a high dust collection rate and a large dust holding capacity, which effectively extends the service life of its back-end medium efficiency filter.
