Factors affecting the life span of dust removal filter bags

Factors affecting the life span of dust removal filter bags

Because air often leaks into the outer shell of the dust removal filter bag, causing the gas temperature in the bag chamber to be lower than the dew point, the dust removal filter bag will become damp, causing the dust to stick to the filter bag instead of loosely, blocking the fabric holes. Die, resulting in dust cleaning failure, causing the dust collector to have an excessive pressure drop and unable to continue operating, and some may produce paste bags that cannot be dusted.
To prevent condensation on the dust removal filter bag, it is necessary to keep the temperature of the gas everywhere in the dust collector and its system 25 to 35°C higher than its dew point (for example, the dew point temperature of the kiln-mill integrated machine is 58°C, and the operating temperature should be above 90°C. ) to protect the good use of the filter bag. The measures are as follows:
     1. Take appropriate heating measures. For example, if a far-infrared electric heater or electric heater is installed in the dust collector, or a radiator is added in the bag chamber, the flue gas temperature of the host can be appropriately increased. Increase the temperature monitoring of the dust collector and dust removal system to understand the usage conditions of the bag dust collector and prevent condensation.
     2. Reduce air leakage. Air leakage from the gaps in the dust collector body and air leakage from the bag dust collector body should be controlled below 3.5%. Air leakage from process equipment in the dust collector system, such as air leakage from the airtight ash discharge valve at the discharge port of the ball mill, air leakage from the airtight ash discharge valve under the dust collector, pipe flange connections, etc., are often ignored by maintenance and management personnel. , increasing the unnecessary air leakage and affecting the operating conditions of the bag dust collector.
     3. Add a raw material storage shed. In cement production, various raw materials, fuels, and mixed materials have different moisture contents. If they are placed in a fixed shed to prevent rain, the moisture content of the materials can be effectively reduced. This is an excellent measure to reduce the moisture content of the materials. This situation is relatively common in cement plants in southern my country, but some material storage sheds are too small and some have none. Therefore, it creates certain difficulties in the use of bag dust collectors.
     4. Insulate and protect dust collectors, pipes, and other related parts from rain. The practice has proved that good insulation measures can make the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the bag dust collector very small, which is an effective measure to prevent condensation. five. The dust-containing gas should be evenly distributed in the dust collector to prevent eddy currents from appearing in the corners, which will reduce the amount of gas passing there causing local low temperatures and cause condensation problems.
When installing the bag, be careful and careful. Do not let the bag collide or scratch with sharp hard objects. Even small scratches will shorten the life of the dust collector bag. The correct way to install the bag is to first put the bag into the room through the hole in the flower plate of the box, then pinch the spring on the upper part of the bag into a concave shape and put it into the flower hole plate of the box. Gently insert the cage from the bag mouth until the upper cover of the bag cage is pressed against the hole in the flower plate inside the box. To prevent the bags from being stepped on, it is required to install a bag cage for each bag.
When replacing the dust collector bag, and the dust collector cannot stop working, if we want to replace the dust bag, we must first isolate each separation room, and then replace the dust bag in separate rooms. The isolated room should have its lift valve closed. status and the pulse valve does not work. When disassembling the bag, be careful not to drop the bag into the ash hopper because there is a small amount of negative pressure at the mouth of the bag.
The dust collector bag wears gradually. The main causes of wear are the grinding force of dust, the deterioration of the filter material caused by high temperature, and the corrosion of chemical substances. When the grinding force of dust is strong, the bottom of the bag will wear seriously and the system capacity will decrease. Increasing the filtration speed can also accelerate wear.
The key to a good and short service life of dust removal filter bags is as follows:
     1. The quality of dust removal filter bags is a prerequisite for protecting the service life. Most users will ask about the filter material and the production process before purchasing dust collector bags. The better the performance of the excellent filter material, the better the performance of the dust collector bag, and the better the technology. , protecting the performance and strength advantages of the produced dust collector bag, but here we would like to remind the majority of corporate users that the quality of the bag not only depends on the filter material and technology but cutting corners in the production details is also the end of the service life of the filter bag.
     2. When sewing the filter bag, the quality of the sutures used to sew the filter bag also has a great influence on the quality of the filter bag. It is required to use the same material as the dust collector bag or a suture material that is better than the material of the bag to protect the filter bag. In terms of overall lifespan, the selected fiberglass bag was put into operation for a few days, and serious dust leakage was found. After inspection, the suture material was wrongly selected, and good sewing equipment was not used to sew, so the bag collapsed.
     3. The sewing method also has a great influence on the life of the dust collector bag. The dust filter bag is made by using three-needle and six-thread sewing technology. It is shipped from the factory after passing the test. The bag is sewn firmly and is practical.
     4. The support ring of the dust collector frame should be made of stainless steel. It is important to choose a good support ring.
