High-efficiency filter

The high-efficiency filter is mainly used to capture particles of dust and various suspended matters below 0.5um, and it adopts ultra-fine glass fiber paper as the filter material, offset paper, aluminum film, and other materials as the dividing plate, and is glued with wooden frame and aluminum alloy. What are the factors that affect the filtration efficiency of high-efficiency filter equipment?

I: Filter material

The selection and application of filter material is the core technology of bag-type dust collection equipment and plays a decisive role in the performance of the high-efficiency air filter dust collector. Because of the environment of each dust collection point, the nature of the dust, temperature, and technical requirements are not the same, we must choose different filter materials for different conditions, and take corresponding technical protection measures. Requirements for the filter material include the following technical properties: filter bag material for different temperatures, good peeling, easy to clean, good air permeability, low resistance, high filtration efficiency, high strength, can withstand high strength clearing, long service life, price is appropriate.

II: air leakage

Air leakage directly affects the dust collection effect and life of the dust collector, and the air leakage rate is required to be <3%. Bag-type dust collectors generally have negative pressure operation, such as air leakage is easy to form a small circuit short circuit. The dust collection system is not enough to deal with the air volume and the formation of positive-pressure dust. Air leakage will also reduce the system temperature, easy to knot moisture paste bag, increase the dust collection resistance, and reduce the filtration effect of high-efficiency filter equipment.

III: Filtration wind speed

High-efficiency filter filtration air velocity is a very important parameter to determine the performance of the dust collector, but also an important parameter to measure the advancement of the bag-type dust collector. Filtration wind speed and dust concentration of dusty gas, dust particle size, application, viscosity, gas temperature, moisture content, and ash cleaning method have a close relationship. When the dust particle size is fine, the temperature, and humidity are high, the concentration is large, the viscosity is large, the filtration wind speed should be lower, and vice versa can be selected high value. Filter wind speed is too large, which will increase the filter bag load, and increase the filtration resistance, resulting in short bag life, and low efficiency.

Factors affecting the efficiency of high-efficiency filters are the above three. When we need to pay attention to the above problems in the process of use, do not detect the failure only after it occurs.
