f6 medium-effect filter industrial applications and product selection characteristics

In places where the cleanliness requirements for air purification are not strict, the air processed by the intermediate air filter can be sent directly to the user. The intermediate air filter is widely used in the central air-conditioning ventilation system, pharmaceuticals, hospitals, electronics, food, and other industrial purification, and the f6 intermediate filter can be used as the front-end filtration of the high-efficiency air filter to reduce the load on the high-efficiency air filter and prolong its service life.



(1) Role: Capture 1-5um dust particles;



(2) Filtration efficiency grade: F5, F6, F7, F8, F9;



I. Industrial applications:



1. Mainly used in the intermediate filtration of central air-conditioning ventilation systems, pharmaceutical, hospital, electronics, food, and other industrial purification;



2. It can also be used as the front-end filtration of high-efficiency filtration to reduce the load of high-efficiency filtration and prolong its service life;



3. Because of the large windward surface, it has a large dust volume and low wind speed, which is considered the best structure of an intermediate effect filter.



II. Selection points:



1. The main control parameters for the selection of f6 medium-effect filter products are rated air volume, filtration efficiency under rated air volume, initial resistance under rated air volume, dust capacity, and external dimensions;



2. According to JG/T22-1999 "general ventilation air filter performance test methods" the prescribed method of inspection, particle size ≥ 1.0μm particles of atmospheric dust counting efficiency ≥ 20% and <70% of the filter for the medium-effect air filter;



3. Commonly used filter materials for medium-effect air filters are glass fiber and non-woven fabrics;



4. Manufacturers should provide the dust capacity of the filter;



5. The initial resistance of the medium-effect air filter should be ≤80 Pa. When designing, the final resistance can be two times the initial resistance as the calculated resistance of the filter;



6. The initial resistance of the filter shall not exceed 10% of the resistance of the product sample. After regeneration and cleaning of renewable or washable filter media, the efficiency shall be not less than 85% of the original index, and the resistance shall not be higher than 115% of the original index;



7. The air filter should meet the requirements of fire protection, and the flash point of the paint of the air filter should be not less than 163℃;



8. f6 intermediate-effect filter should not be used independently and should be used in combination with the coarse-effect air filter.
